Notice at Collection — the short version.
- What we collect: the details you submit through our contact form, scheduling tool, and application form (such as name, email, phone, course of interest, and your message), plus standard technical and usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
- Why: to respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, process course applications, operate and improve this site, and market our courses.
- Advertising & “sharing”: we use cookies and third-party advertising pixels (for example, from Google and Meta) for advertising and measurement. This can involve disclosing certain identifiers and activity to those platforms, which may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
- We do not sell your personal information for money, and we are not engaged in email marketing at this time.
- Your choices: use our cookie banner — and the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer — to accept or reject non-essential cookies. See Your Privacy Choices below.

Personal information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), course of interest, and the message you send.
- Scheduling: when you book a call through our scheduling tool, your name, email, the time you select, and anything you add to the booking.
- Course applications: the information you enter in our application form, which may include your professional and licensing background along with your contact details.
- Other correspondence: information you send us by email or otherwise share with us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar analytics data.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Cookies and similar technologies. With your consent, advertising pixels may collect identifiers and information about how you interact with our ads and Site.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not send health information or other sensitive data through the contact form.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide support;
- schedule and conduct calls you request;
- process, evaluate, and follow up on course applications and enrollment inquiries (payment and enrollment are handled separately at the time of application — see our Terms of Service);
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- measure and improve our marketing, and — with your consent for non-essential cookies — show and measure advertising for our courses;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local identifiers). We group them into three categories:
- Essential — required for the Site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These do not require consent.
- Analytics — help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
- Advertising — used with platforms such as Google and Meta to deliver and measure advertising for our courses.
A consent banner governs all non-essential (analytics and advertising) cookies. We do not set non-essential cookies until you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
Advertising and analytics
As part of our advertising, we use — or are preparing to use — third-party advertising and analytics technologies provided by Google (including Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta/Facebook Pixel). When enabled and with your consent, these technologies set cookies or similar identifiers and may disclose certain information to those platforms — such as online identifiers, device and IP information, and your activity on our Site — so we can measure performance and show relevant ads, including on other sites and apps.
Under California law, this kind of disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing,” even though we do not sell personal information for money. You can opt out — see Your Privacy Choices.
These technologies load only after you opt in through our cookie banner. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising “sharing,” and advertising technologies will not load unless you have explicitly opted in.
Your Privacy Choices
You have choices about how your information is used for analytics and advertising:
- Cookie preferences: open the cookie banner anytime via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer to accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies.
- Global Privacy Control: we honor the GPC browser signal as an opt-out of advertising “sharing.”
- Platform opt-outs: Google ad settings, Google Analytics opt-out, Meta ad preferences, Digital Advertising Alliance, and Network Advertising Initiative.
- Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies.
- Email us: you can also exercise your privacy rights by emailing info@elitesmileimplantinstitute.com (see Your rights and California privacy rights).
Third-party services we use
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Site and our programs. Each has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery (privacy policy).
- Resend — delivery of contact-form emails to us (privacy policy).
- Cal.com — scheduling and booking of calls (privacy policy).
- Google — our application form (Google Forms) and, with your consent, analytics and advertising (privacy policy).
- Meta — with your consent, advertising and measurement via the Meta Pixel (privacy policy).
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers who perform services for us (see above), under terms that limit their use of the information.
- Advertising partners as described in Advertising and analytics (which may be “sharing” under California law) — only with your consent.
- Legal and safety — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not engage in email marketing at this time. If our practices change, we will update this policy first.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, administer your application and any resulting enrollment, meet our legal, accounting, and CE recordkeeping obligations (CE records are maintained by DOS), and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Cookie and advertising data is retained according to your consent choices and the policies of the relevant platform.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your information;
- opt out of advertising “sharing” / targeted advertising.
To exercise any of these, email info@elitesmileimplantinstitute.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, you may use an authorized agent where the law allows, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA):
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed.
- Delete personal information we have collected, subject to exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of third-party advertising cookies and pixels may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out using our cookie banner, by enabling Global Privacy Control, or via the platform opt-outs in Your Privacy Choices.
- Limit sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics, and we do not sell or share it.
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
Categories we collect (CCPA): identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and IP address); internet and network activity (such as your interactions with the Site and our ads); professional information you choose to provide in an application; and inferences drawn for analytics and advertising. We collect these from you and automatically through cookies and similar technologies, for the business and commercial purposes described above. We disclose identifiers and internet activity to advertising and analytics partners (which may be “sharing”) and to service providers as needed to run the Site.
To exercise these rights, email info@elitesmileimplantinstitute.com. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you may ask us to reconsider.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and your personal information is processed in the U.S. If you attend a course, certain information needed to coordinate your training — for example, with our partner facility — may be processed in Costa Rica. Laws in these countries may differ from those where you live.
Children’s privacy
The Site and our courses are intended for licensed dental professionals and other adults. The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes — for example, if we begin email marketing or otherwise change how we collect, use, or share personal information — we will update this policy and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
